*The Rotary Club of SLO has determined to sell 300 raffle tickets, ±5%. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. By entering this raffle, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Rotary Club of SLO, which shall be final on all matters. The winning ticket will be determined by a random drawing May 17, 2008 at approx. 8:30 pm at the Cuesta Cadillac Dealership, 1701 Monterey Street, San Luis Obispo, CA. The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail by May 19, 2008, if not present.The 1929 MBZ Gazelle Replica will be available for pick-up after this date. Winner is responsible for all licensing, registration, luxury, income or special taxes, shipping and all other fees. Rotary Club of SLO specifically disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, including without limitation warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the 1929 MBZ Gazelle Replica. No cash value is offered in leiu of the 1929 MBZ Gazelle Replica auction car. Winner need not be present to win. Retain ticket stub in the event of a dispute, and/or if varification of winning ticket is required. No photocopies are allowed.
